I got into a bit of a car accident and called Direct Link the next day. They sent a tow truck right away to pick up my car and when I was talking to Jane, she asked me where I wanted it sent. She gave me a whole bunch of choices and I couldn't make up my mind. I finally decided to send it to FORD ALABANG and she replied, "As you wish!" Wow, never heard anyone from an insurance claims department be that nice. It's refreshing to have competent customer service in the Philippines. I'd give them a 5, but the guy that was sent over to look at the car wasn't as nice as the operator. But I still have a conversation with the operator this Tuesday. If she makes things easy for me, I'll bring it to 5 stars.

They have approachable staffs. They welcome you with a smile.
